Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Carers, Clinicians, and Clients can apply online through our secure Halaxy form.

Our multidisciplinary team of Credentialed Mental Health Nurses and clinicians delivers clinically governed, evidence-based support for youth (12–25) and adults (25–65) living with psychosocial disability or trauma.

Integrated Therapeutic Support Program

For individuals with moderate mental health complexity who need more than standard therapy.

Program Overview

Designed for individuals experiencing ongoing mental health difficulties that impact emotional regulation, daily functioning, and quality of life, but who do not require intensive behavioural intervention.

Integrated Complex Behaviour & Mental Health Program

For individuals with high complexity, behavioural risk, or repeated system breakdowns.

Program Overview

A coordinated and structured response where mental health, behaviour, environment, and safety interact. This program brings together therapy, nursing, and behaviour support into one cohesive model.
